An Holistic Ayurvedic Coach is professionally trained to educate and guide an individual to maintain their health. They are able to determine a persons’ elemental imbalance (Vata, Pitta, Kapha) and guide them back into balance using the ancient knowledge and practices of Ayurveda
What happens in a session?
Holistic Ayurvedic Coach provide clients a well rounded view of holistic healing with a blend of Ayurveda and holistic modalities. During these 60 min sessions we sit evaluate the imbalances in the body, what is causing these imbalances and design an easy to follow plan to create healthy habits.
Assessing current lifestyle, diet, exercise, stressors, relationships, goals and more. By making small holistic changes and supplementing old bad habits with wholesome easy practices we improve the body’s internal environment creating homeostasis mentally and emotionally fortifying it against disease and illness.

Holistic Ayurvedic Coaches can:
Educate clients and general public on Ayurvedic principles including the holistic view of health, the elements, Doshas, Ayurvedic diet, daily and nightly routines, and living in alignment with nature’s rhythms
Explain the connection between body, mind and spirit and how various natural tools and principles can enhance the quality of life
Offer talks/write articles about principles of Ayurvedic living
Offer cooking classes using Ayurvedic recipes along with techniques and tips to create Ayurvedically balanced meals
Analyze a client’s unique mind-body constitution according to Ayurvedic principles
Take health history of a client’s personal and family wellness
Advise clients on dietary choices based on their Doshas and the six tastes
Create daily and nightly routines for clients based on their constitution, age and the seasons
Recommend yoga and yogic practices for improved health
Holistic Ayurvedic Coaches cannot:
Diagnose diseases
Treat diseases
Prescribe treatments or medicines (including herbal medicines)
Do pulse diagnosis
